Our Community
Founded in 1975, Wildewood Estates is a private community in the rural town of Rome, Maine, on the shores of Long Pond. Its location is ideal for the enjoyment of all that central Maine has to offer, including recreational lake activities, hiking, and the quiet enjoyment of nature. Wildewood Estates is governed by two distinct boards: Belgrade Lakes Colony Association (BLCA) that manages the beach, boating, and recreational areas, and Wildewood Estates Road District (WERD) that maintains our 3.5 miles of private roadways.

Annual Membership Dues
Invoices for annual membership dues for both BLCA and WERD deliver to your mailbox each September. Please contact us via the Gmail account should you not receive your invoice or if you have any questions. Remember, you will need to write two checks: one for BLCA and one for WERD.
