Mail & Roadway
Mailboxes and a package center for residents are located in the front entry. Space is limited, and priority is given to year-round residents. To inquire about obtaining a mailbox, please email BLCA at the Gmail account. Residents without a mailbox will not receive AMAZON packages delivered by USPS, so please coordinate with a year-round neighbor to receive packages if you do not have a mailbox.
The speed limit on our camp roadways is 15 mph and all ATVs and golf cart drivers must comply with the State of Maine regulations. For the safety of everyone, please read the Wildewood Estates and Maine regulations.
Beach Area
Our beach area is restricted to residents in good standing only and their guests. Please familiarize yourself with the beach rules and understand the property boundaries. For sanitary reasons, pets are not allowed at the beach area. The swim area is clearly delineated and two floating platforms are available. Portable toilets arrive prior to Memorial Day and are removed around Labor Day every year. Please be respectful and remove all trash and belongings.
Boating Area
The boating area has two canoe/kayak racks and a small swing. Please familiarize yourself with the boating area regulations. The docks provided are for boarding only and not storing boats or other watercraft. Please use caution as there are several rocks in this area. All boats must be removed by October 31st. After this date, any remaining boats will be moved to the recreation area until May 1st. If unclaimed, they will be sold or donated.
Recreation Area
The Recreation area at the corner of Aspen and Spruce streets features a beach volleyball court, a basketball court, and horse shoe pits. At the rear of this area, you’ll find the sand/salt shed. Please enjoy this area, it is not buggy.
