
Wildewood Estates Road District (WERD)
The road association, comprised of community members, plans and oversees all road-related maintenance activities including ditching, repairs, rebuilding where needed, and plowing. Dues are $488/year for properties with a dwelling or $110/year for properties without a dwelling.
